Positive Thoughts

Positive thoughts sooths away stress and aids health. Stress tap dances into life while you are living, multi-tasking various projects or as an attention grabbing problem arises. Stop. Take a moment to relax in a stress releasing breath. Let the stress go. A positive experience is not gained from holding onto stress. Use as many stress releasing breaths as needed.

Figure-out what options are available to you. Every problem has a solution or, at least, a fix that is manageable. A positive attitude pushes stress out of the door while helping you to think clearer. Dread is kept at a distance, leaving your stomach free of stress related holes.

Some problems are more intense than others. Simply, write the issues or problems down. Writing the problems down gives you a better perspective. Discover solutions to them. Decide which solution is best. A calm person reasons, uncovers a workable means to an issue. Practice enables you to cope with future issues or problems. Blood pressure levels never get the opportunity to sky-rocket.

Positive thoughts rolls into happier attitudes and feelings for you and others. People will notice the manner in which you handle life when times are like walking bare-foot on a pebble road. Respect grows. You can then share words of encouragement with others.

Positive thoughts leads to "positive" emotions. The happiest people find strengths while exercising positive thoughts, Dr. Martin Seligman: (http://worldofrelationships.blogspot.com/2014/11/happiness-is_15.html). The ability to solve problems is easier with a positive attitude. Stress is forced to find a home elsewhere.

Positive thoughts is the key to stopping stress from upsetting your life and health. Positivity will become a habit with practice. It is the postive thoughts that turn-over positive feelings where positive experiences grow process. The positive management of stress stirs-in a healthier you and better quality of life.

Welcome 2015

Welcome, 2015, the new year and leave upsets or blues in 2014. Writing therapy is an option to peeling-off upsets and the 2014 blues. The "practice" of writing therapy helps you work through upsets and the blues. How to use the method is at: http://critiqueandwrite.blogspot.com/2014/11/writing-therapy.html

Writing therapy is the answer to push aside holiday sadness or left-over blues that crept up on you. The issue or problem that dragged in should be of no concern after utilizing writing therapy. Writing therapy walks you through the issue or problem. You pin-point specific behavior to analyze. The goal is to become an even better you in 2015.

Welcome 2015 with goals that are attainable. Take some time to decide on what you want most. It is where to focus your energies. Ask questions. What is required of me to reach the goal(s)? Be honest. Do you need to save money? Remove clutter from your living space or life? Take a college course? Re-fresher course? What else to accommodate your goal(s)? Often, a new goal means removing something in your life that is just taking up space and time. Set attainable goals.

"What are attainable goals?" You asked.

Attainable goals are desires that you can bring to life through effort. The goal has to be achievable. Frustration drags in when a goal is not attainable. It is important to have realistic goals based on your circumstances.

You are looking to purchase a home, for example, no matter the economy's state. There is a limit to the amount of money for the house. You have $50,000 for it. A house costing $200,000 is not an attainable goal. The point is to be realistic when setting goals. Be mindful of you and your circumstances.

Welcome 2015, because it is to be embraced with new hope. New ventures are waiting to be seen by you. Allow new inspiration to stir you to new heights and move forward with it. Writing therapy can aid you as needed.

Negative People Need Drama

Negative people need drama to feel alive, because they twist good motives and gestures into plots. They find the smallest drop of water to start drama. It is one of the reasons to be careful about the people you embrace. The company you keep determines what goals you set, out-look on life and attitude. Stay positive, even in the middle of drama. Ease yourself away from negative people.

"How can you tell if a person is negative?" You asked.

Negative people need drama wherever they go. The smallest incident that happens to negative people becomes the topic of conversation to "anyone who will listen," according to Psychology Today. The behavior is linked to personality disorders. People without these disorders would work around the same incident. Perhaps, mention it and move on to other matters.

You have a choice to make. Set a goal and work toward it. Or, ride the storm of negativity. You will not accomplish much due to the drama. There will always be drama, the drama person usually blames someone else and complains.

Negative people need drama changes your out-look on life. Your attention is on the person who exclaims, "poor me!" A new day arrives as he/she drags one more drama filled problem into your life, but it is never his/her fault. The involvement peels away your view of life and is replaced with drama. Step away. Dig for the positive in your life. Move in that direction.

Negative people need drama put on smiles while in your face. He/she will spat unkind words about you, if the person is angry at how you reacted. It is hard to stay in a positive frame of mind as negativity surrounds your space. Discover positive people. Positive people motivate, encourage and help you reach goals.

Negative people need drama comes from a person who tips around in an effort snoop. They dig through your social media accounts as well as anything else available. The fact that someone has to snoop should raise red flags to a possible liar and stalker. Simply, walk in the opposite direction.

Negative people need drama is a feeling. The pretzel stomach that alerts you when something is wrong. It comes as not feeling good about a person. He/she pours negativity out in a room, and the negative energy spins out chaos. Pay attention when the drama person's goals and out-look on life clash with yours. Muster the courage to leave constant negativity to reach for your dreams.

'I Can't Breathe!'

I can't breathe echoed throughout the U. S., on social media and neighbors on corners as people disagreed with the grand jury's decision not to indict an officer, Daniel, Pantaleo, 29, in the death of Eric Garner. The decision was made Wednesday as protesters gathered in New York, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, along with other cities.

President Obama, in a speech, spoke about concerns African Americans have about the legal system. People should be treated the same under the law. One person is not "treated equally under the law, that is a problem," President Obama.

Pantaleo made a statement in which he shared his feelings about the death of Garner. He "felt very bad about the death of Mr. Garner." Pantaleo sent his sympathies to Garner's wife and Garner's mother, but they would not accept them, per news reports.

People expressed their disagreement peacefully as they gathered in the various cities. A few arrests were mentioned via news reports but no major incidents. Looting and burning down neighborhoods sprinkles in more frustration while a community gains few positive results. It leaves a community in disrepair and angrier.

I can't breathe are the few words uttered by Garner as he encountered police on that fateful day. The incident goes beyond what happened that day. It digs into the emotions of not just African Americans, but every person who have had an issue with the legal system.

I can't breathe is an opportunity for all people with concerns to address issues, be heard where they spoke to deaf ears in the past or did not have a platform to voice concerns. It is not an open invitation to disrespect law enforcement or rules of law.

Change is a process, and force in the form of terrorizing a community stirs in more anger. Researching the laws in a community to find out how the legal system works is an option toward effective change. Get involved in the system to help bring about change.

I can't breathe are words to remember when a police officer stops you. Simply, comply. It is not the time to argue or struggle. Police officers are doing a job. Unfortunately, mistakes will happen. Most police officers serve and protect well.

The Ferguson Grand Jury's Decision

The Ferguson grand jury's decision not to indict the police officer who shot and killed Michael Brown, 18, fueled a back-lash of protests in Missouri as well as across the nation and Internally. The August 9th shooting in 2014 put a spotlight on issues facing the Ferguson Police and its community.

Looting and protests of the shooting became the norm of a community at odds with its police force. Confrontations with the police blanketed television news stations as social media exposed countless scenes involving police and protesters.

Every action has a re-action to it. It applies to all life. Looting is a crime, brings negative attention and law enforcement gets involved. The anger heightens as both looters and police occupy the same space. The people looting, burning property and destroying their own neighborhoods could of used the  opportunity to be heard through meetings with officials. The opportunity presented offered a means to get resources for education, learning more about getting a police force that look more like the community for a start. A property destroyed hurts a community and requires funds to replace it, or maybe it never is replaced.

The grand jury's decision picked open racial profiling which stabs at the minds and attitudes of some African Americans on the justice system. There's the problem in Ferguson of people not feeling that their government hears them, Joe Hubbard, a former state representative. Problems happens when a community and the police force look nothing alike.

A simple truth is stop when asked to by a police officer. It is not the time to argue, struggle or question the officer. You can protest after the incident is over and you are home. Contact a legal help organization or a lawyer.

The grand jury's decision not to indict drove anger levels up as December is to arrive. Missouri protesters temporarily shut down the St. Louis Galleria Mall per news reports. The mall later re-opened Friday. Protesting took place in Philadelphia, PA, Boston, MA and other U.S. Cities.

The Bill Cosby Sex Scandal

The Bill Cosby sex scandal has twisted and turned upside-down many lives. The rumors of sexual misconduct by Cosby goes back over ten years, but picked up after a social media stunt. The stunt involved fans to meme Cosby. It did not go as planned for the Cosby camp. He has denied the sexual misconduct claims until recently.

The allegations against Cosby involved drugging and sexually assaulting young women. The misconduct started as far back as the 1970s (http://www.vulture.com/2014/09/timeline-of-the-abuse-charges-against-cosby.html). Lawsuits have been filed.

There is no doubt about the number of women who have made allegations against Cosby. Many people are asking on social media, in homes and alone: Could the beloved father figure, sitcom star and comedian be a serial rapist?

The Bill Cosby sex scandal entered into an even more disturbing platform. 'That the Bill Cosby sex scandal was created...' The question of what happened in Ferguson is very new. The Cosby sex scandal extends to more than a decade.

The Bill Cosby sex scandal began long before Michael Brown's death. Conversation about the misconduct has been going on for years. The difference is that women are finding the courage speak-out and be heard. There is no comparison of what the Brown family lost and the Bill Cosby sex scandal. The two are in different categories.

Cosby has not been in front of a judge or jury. He has not been charged legally with anything. He had a stand-up comedy routine that pokes fun at drugging women's drinks in 1969. Was it just a matter of business or truth to it?

The Bill Cosby sex scandal is an on-going debate in the public forum. He has supporters as well as non-supporters. "Mr. Cosby does not intend to dignify these allegations with any comment," John P. Schmitt, Cosby's lawyer.

Bill Cosby

Bill Cosby is a name that ushers a smile to my face for more than one reason. He and I were born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the neighborhoods of Germantown was Cosby's home. I spend time in the area of Germantown. He. too, attended Temple University. Only, I graduated whereas Cosby did not. Cosby's ability to bring laughter borders beyond a degree.

The allegations of inappropriate conduct of Cosby toward women started about a decade ago. Cosby denied them. He did not have a trial, judge or jury. The allegations are not true? People near and far are weighing in on the allegations. Some believe he is guilty while his fans are standing by the beloved father figure.

The old allegations of misconduct in regard to women took on new life when a social media stunt that requested fans to meme Cosby turned against him. Until recently, Cosby maintained that he did not drug and sexually assault young women.

I visited my Facebook feed to see stories and comments for and against Cosby. Facebook is not the only platform where people are expressing their views. Some are at the point of fighting words. The streets of Philadelphia, office cubicles, homes near and far are in discussion about the allegations.

People are in disagreement on questions about Cosby's responses to the media, or his reactions to reporters. Cosby had a chance to address the allegations to a NPR reporter. Crosby would not answer any questions. The opportunity for him to comment on the allegations arrived through The Associated Press. Only, Cosby had no comment. At the end of the interview, Cosby told the reporter asking about the sexual misconduct was of low integrity, and Cosby wanted that portion of the interview taken out.

Allegations against Cosby has taken a different turn. According to Deadspin, Cosby bullied an All American football player (http://deadspin.com/bill-cosby-once-publicly-bullied-a-notre-dame-football-1661325778). Cosby had been invited to speak at the school.

Bill Cosby has become more than a home-town personality. The allegations of drugging and sexual misconduct of young women who approached him for career advice will be proved or disproved in time. Facts are what can bring justice, truth and comfort.

Happiness Is?

Happiness is you and your choices. Many people wonder if they will experience happiness or have happiness visit their lives again. The answer is yes. "I Am Responsible For My Own Happiness" applies to you. Choose positive choices that swings your mood to happy. It's not the choice to make someone else happy, but a choice that makes you smile. Let's look at paths to a better you.

1. Pull-up the courage to wave good-bye to whatever brings you sadness.
It's impossible to be positive when you're around negative people or those
who find pleasure in hurting others.

2. Dr. Martin Seligman who pioneered positive Psychology suggests "positive" emotions.
The happiest people discovered their strengths and used them. Sometimes, you have to
find courage to speak-up, stand-up and be heard.

I, for example, wrote the book: Start Writing.
Start Writing is the writer’s hand-book for common sense techniques to inspire remarkable writing   projects. It walks you through setting-up appointments to get writing done, explains the best use for breaks and gives advice on a writing session‘s potential. There’s a right and better way to do most things in life. I discuss the effective way to use writing prompts. The topic turns to putting your own spin into writing ideas. Writing ideas are churned-out using your own spin with your experiences and views of the World stirred-in. The techniques in this book helps you develop your “voice and more.”
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OW9HNF0
3. Be mindful of your thoughts.
The issues and activities you ponder over and are interested in becomes a life-style. They curve-out your
personality. The life changing thoughts like: I'll grow my business everyday or I'll not be dragged into
     others' misery shapes a person.

4. Bad experiences topple into life.
You, for example, call to cancel the cable service. The cable company all but says "no." The experience is
a bad one. Learn from it. Use what you learned in a similar situation.

5. Plant a looking-forward-to project.
Look at your circumstances. What can you make or sell to help yourself? Your happiness? Turn it into a
business. Start with people you know.

6. Talents.
Decide on what talents you have. Talents are the first steps toward a brighter and happier
tomorrow. Use your talents. I used my talent of word power to write a book, not my first. Now, explore      your talents. What will you create?

7. Believe.
It's no harm in feeling unsure, but hold onto believing in yourself. Believe you can. It may not get finished
today, tomorrow or next week. The goal is to keep working, moving forward and happiness is yours.

The Facts on Ebola

The facts of Ebola stops unnecessary fear. They help you understand better how-to handle the fear associated with this often fatal disease. The public at large is not doomed to get Ebola, because the risk is low. The five major airports in the U. S. are checking people who have arrived from Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, according to news reports.

People who have visited or are from the above countries will be checked by public health workers. The process is to last 21 days for possible symptoms of Ebola, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The symptoms of Ebola are fever, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, aches and weakness. The symptoms can resemble other diseases in the early stages.

The facts on Ebola are that those handling or in contact with the bodily fluids of a person infected can be at risk. People working with animals that have the virus are at a higher risk as well. A contaminated needle when not handled properly poses a threat.

There are travel warnings for "non-essential travel to Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. The U. S. is taking the highest precautions for public safety. The U. S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention suggests that travel to the countries with an Ebola out-break be limited, or counsels against "non-essential" travel.

The facts of Ebola brings new challenges, and the U. S. is still working on the totality of it. The U. S. Food and Drug Administration to date has not approved a treatment for the virus. An experimental anti-body based drug is being considered. The drug is named ZMapp. Also, plasma from people who have over-come Ebola is being considered and used.

A Positive Attitude

How Does a Positive Attitude Help?
A positive attitude spins-out better results in any situation life brings, day or night. Granted, it may not be the results you wanted, but positivity plays a big role in how the situation is resolved. The World of Relationships swirls into moments that can zap away a positive attitude, if you let it. It's not easy to stay positive in the middle of a difficult issue or problem. However, it's the moment to make a choice. Decide on whether you'll flow with negativity or muster the courage to have a positive attitude work for you. The positive attitude will inspire you to feel better as well as others during hard times. The following are ways to grab and hold onto a positive attitude.
  • Avoid un-necessary drama.
  • Ease away from people who lie, cheat and steal.
  • People with such habits bring negativity to anyone around them.
  • You can't help them unless they want help.
Learn How to Say No

It adds stress and burdens when you can't put the two letters together verbally. A positive attitude is next to impossible to have while you're worried about this commitment, that scheduled plan and the other get-together that you're responsible for.  Practice the following ways to say no.
  • I can't, but I'll think about it.
  • Have to check my schedule.
  • I'm unable to take on any more responsibilities.
  • I wouldn't be able to any time soon.
Decide on Having a Positive Attitude

Be mindful of the fact that life is what you make of it. Choose to have a positive attitude. It will become a good habit with practice. It takes time, especially if change is difficult for you, to become one with positive thinking. You can do it. Try the exercise below, and add other words to keep you moving forward.

  • Practice saying the words in your mind.
  • I'll be positive today.
  • It doesn't matter what happens.
  • A positive day is mine.
Appreciate

Appreciate the people in your life, even what you're taking for granted. An appreciation for the small things will encourage you to feel more positive about life and feel better. There are, for example, places in the World where people are afraid to express opinions on or off-line.
  • Tell the people or a person in your life how much they matter to you.
  • Be thankful for just waking up each day.
  • Smile at the person you pass-by each morning.
  • Allow your inner positivity to shine through.
Adjust Your Diet

The foods you're eating or not eating may be impacting happiness. Perhaps, slices of fruit is a wise choice over candy and cookies. It's always a good idea to consult your health-care provider before attempting changes concerning food and exercise.
  • Substitute water for some other beverage.
  • Meals without lots of meat and salt are ways to help have a positive attitude.
  • Try smaller portions of food.
  • The goal is to balance in-take for a better you.
Schedule

Habits in life takes effort and determination to change. Schedule times to nurture a positive attitude. Most of us are multi-tasking, and it's necessary to schedule an appointment. Usually, when there's an appointment you keep it. The rule applies here too. It adds one more step to the positive way of thinking.
  • Pick the time and prompt that's right for you.
  • I will be positive today.
  • The job is mine (make sure you're qualified).
  • There's nothing to fear.
A positive attitude is "the difference maker," Dr. Alan Zimmerman, motivational speaker. The attitude you present can open or close a door of opportunity. An opportunity disappears when you're wearing a negative  attitude.
  • A positive attitude is a key to success.
  • Happiness dances with positivity.
  • Stress tips away from a positive attitude.
  • The quality of life is better when a positive attitude is sprinkled around.

The Disappearance of Hannah Graham

The disappearance of Hannah Graham, 18-year-old, from a Downtown Mall in Charlottesville, Virginia has led police forensically to a student disappearance that happened in 2009, according to reports. Morgan Harrington, 20-year-old, who was a Virginia Tech student also disappeared. Police found Jesse Matthew's  DNA on Harrington which is the same person last seen with Hannah Graham. It suggests that the two had some kind of contact.

There is no doubt of the link between the Graham case and the death of Harrington. There is a "forensic link," Virginia State Police. An arrest has been made in the Harrington case, but what or who was responsible for her death is yet to be determined.

The last lead in the Harrington case occurred in 2010. It happened when a kidnapping and sexual assault of a third woman in 2005, Fairdax, Virginia, was linked by police to Harrington. The woman survived and was able to tell police what her attacker looked like.

Harrington's mother has made pleads for Matthew to tell where Graham is. "Just confess if you still have a spark of humanity." She recently learned of how he is a possible suspect in her daughter's killing. The police are working with the new information to see where and how it fits together.

Matthew has his friends and supporters. Matthew is chargeed with aduction with intent to defile in the disappearance of Hannah Graham. His friends and supporters are raising money for his legal fund. It is to pay for legal costs.

There is a Help Find Hannah Graham Facebook page. The page has over 39,000 likes. It shares information and opinions. The goal is to help find Graham.

The Third Side of Domestic Abuse

The third side of domestic abuse is standing up for family, friends and siblings. Males are taught the role from an early age. Females are instructed to fight back when there are no males to fill the position. It is not just the norm for a specific segment of society. Think about it. How many people have you heard say, "I'll get 'em back for you." Or, "we'll get 'em." This belief or attitude is carried within until an incident like what Ray Rice, the former Balitimore Ravens running back, did to his then fiancée, Janay Palmer.

TMZ exposed a clip ( http://www.tmz.com/videos/0_ekaflcqq/) displaying how in February at one Atlantic City casino Rice knocked his, at the time, fiancee down and unconscious. The video became the topic of conversation on social media, office coolers and streets. Rice's behavior ignited talk about violence against women and the violence on Palmer. The third side of domestic abuse has to be recognized for what it is and managed. Some people grow pass the third side of domestic abuse without intervention. They learn to talk without fists.

Domestic violence is learned in childhood, research shares. Adults were studied as children who witnessed violence against those they loved and who cared for them. The people studied declared to never take part in domestic violence, but, often, they do.

Rice's behavior has spread controversy on the NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell as to whether or not Goodell should step down (http://www.cbsnews.com/news/ray-rice-controversy-roger-goodell-facing-increasing-scrutiny-from-nfl/). Goodell maintained that the first video made him uneasy, but the "extremely graphic" video made him ill, CBS news. The league office was not aware of a video until it became public on Monday, Goodell. When the league gained knowledge of Rice's video can not change the third side of domestic abuse.

This is a teachable moment. All of the leagues should take notes. Each league should use preventative measures. Talk about domestic abuse in a warm and understanding atmosphere. Domestic abuse has to be addressed as it is found. Employ the necessary experts to handle it. Teach classes on domestic abuse. When people learn better, they live productive and less abusive lives.

The third side of domestic abuse as it relates to Rice is yet to be written. Rice is talented and able to perform on the football field. There's a new lesson for him to learn, like so many others about walking away instead of using physical violence. He and his wife can get the necessary help, live well and Rice may, again, play football.

Justice

Justice is "fairness" without regard to factors like race or religion, according to the Legal Dictionary. Laws are in place to punish crimes and mistakes. The laws are applied to all, but facts must surface about cases for justice to begin. Sometimes, one agency is not enough to bring justice, or what can be considered closure, conclusion. Also, time is required to maneuver through facts.

Justice remains as people live, work and move through their day. In 2014, August 9th, a teen (Michael Brown) moving through his day, and a police officer (Darren Wilson) at work met each other. The result was Brown's death, and the exact circumstances of what happened are still under investigation.

Some people in Ferguson, Missouri who witnessed the encounter of Brown and Wilson say the teen's hands were up in the air when Wilson shot him. On the other hand, "Josie," Wilson's friend, contacted a radio station to give Wilson's account of the meeting he and Brown had. There was a fight between Brown and Wilson, "Josie." Listen to what "Josie" said: http://www.971talk.com/blogs/dana-show-blog/audio-demand/exclusive-caller-claims-be-friends-darren-wilson-knows-his-side.

The journey to justice will test and weigh heavily on every emotion. The lack of timely information serves to bring forth unfavorable behavior. A complete picture is necessary before justice begins. The human element is essential. Sometimes, the human element may or may not get in the way through witnesses, tests and specific views on laws. Criminals and people who have agendas prey on tense moments. Looting and confrontations with law enforcement take hold of a community as criminals pluck attention away from the real issue(s). Police will do their job while a situation escalates.

Protests are allowed in the United States. It is when protests turn into random looting, stealing and disrespect that a community suffers, even a way of life is diminished. The only people happy in such unrest are the thieves.

Justice is the transportation to truth, even when accidentally blocked. It will rise to be heard. The laws in place will support justice to the right conclusions. The circumstances that led to Brown's death, right or wrong, will be revealed.

Michael Brown

Michael Brown, 18-year old, made a choice to visit the store where a robbery took place, a call went out to the police, those circumstances escalated and ended Brown's life. Conflicting accounts surround what led to Brown's death. Police Chief Thomas Jackson of Ferguson, Missouri explained that the officer, Darren Wilson, unpublished at the time of his news conference, had been attacked by Brown in his cruiser. A fight for Wilson's gun ensued, and this is where the first shot rang out.

Micheal Brown did not touch Wilson's gun, and he "never attempted to grab" it, Dorian Johnson, Brown's, 22-year-old, friend and on the scene as the incident unfolded, reportedly. Johnson is the friend who was with Brown at the store as it was robbed, according to Johnson's attorney.

Police Chief Jackson stated Wilson went to the area after a 911 call about the robbery. The 35-feet distance Brown was from Wilson's police car when shot has become an issue. The state of mind the officer had will play a role, Experts. Also, how far and the direction bullets came from will be factors.

There were other witnesses to the encounter of Brown with Wilson. This particular witness heard a gun firing after seeing Brown pulling away from Wilson, Tiffany Mitchell. She stated that Brown faced Wilson with hands in the air.

A witness saw Brown running but he stopped, "hands in the air being compliant," Piaget Crenshaw. A 19-year-old who lives in the neighborhood. "He gets shot in the face" as well as the chest and tumbles to the ground.

Questionable decisions were made in 2014, August 9th. Brown was known to family and friends as "Big Mike." He was "just a sweet kid," Brown's cousin. Or, look at what the neighbor who knew him remarked, "a great kid," Markese Mull. Brown made choices that led to a tragic end, and sent a community into a downward spiral.

Wilson is "gentle, quiet man" as well as "a distinguished officer." A friend of Wilson's shared information. The call of a strong arm robbery came to Wilson and a description, "Josie," Wilson's friend. Wilson notices Brown(them), cigars and "he pulled up ahead of them. Wilson goes backward towards them, moves to get out of his vehicle. His door is "violently" closed. Brown tries to force him into the car, "punches him in the face" and he grab for Wilson's gun.

The video is available at Dana Radio.

Micheal Brown deserves to have the events of his death examined as whether or not his civil rights were violated. The family should be able to seek answers, and get them without someone whispering in their ears about a looting that was done in Brown's name. Criminals prey on the emotions of a community in the middle of a tragedy. Allow law enforcement to "serve and protect," and justice can be had by all.

World of Relationships

World of relationships covers parents, siblings, friends, partners, associates to those relationships with supervisors. Relationships, in other words, varies depending on the people involved. Relationships flashes love, hate, anger and/or happiness around to various degrees. The emotion of happiness is preferred to some other emotions.

Happiness can't fully be understood and appreciated without experiencing some of the other emotions. Life has a tendency, sometimes, of slicing intense situations into happiness. A couple moving to their own happy beat can be slammed by words from someone in their circle of friends, for example. The words may or may not have been spoken to inflict harm. Still, the couple is left with a task of filtering those words out. The words could of remarked on time a couple spends together, in a way that shines a suspicious, sad or unfavorable light. A sibling, friend or associate spoke words that some are talking about and the very are causing stress.

How do you rinse-away hurtful words? World of relationships offers many paths. The less stressful paths are easier to stumble through. Take a look at you, your relationship. Are a few words spat in unkindness or not worth the stress it will cause a happy relationship? Should you take the time and energy to look into it? Stress stirs-in anger too. There's nothing wrong with allowing anger in. Take the next step, "give yourself permission to feel angry," Emilie Ross Raphael, Ph.D. Come to terms with anger and let it go.

Rinse-away hurtful words, anger, by talking with someone you trust. For one reason or the other, a therapist isn't an option. Address it when you're calm with the offending person. You can't talk about it with the person? Discuss it with a person you're sure is trustworthy. There's no need to tell anyone/everyone who will listen. Stop repeating the tale. Stop making yourself a victim. Start a new goal. Push away old negativity.

A path to rinse-away hurtful words is to write about it. Describe all of your feelings in a journal. Or, write about it in poems. Ask yourself questions. Why am I concerned? Why are the words hurtful? Is there a way to avoid the situation in the future? Am I over-reacting? Is the problem with whomever shared it? Should the person be in my circle? He/she has issues?

A useful path to rinse-away hurtful words is to write about them in poems. I wrote the following poem in a Free Verse. Free Verse poems has no set pattern or set line length.

Auntee's First Day Home

Auntee took baby steps
out of the car,
"Help me, can't make it
Up steps."

She stood on the porch
Hand clinched on door knob,
Thinking, maybe
Of days before the stroke,

Blinking back tears,
Grieving for lost self.

A flower turned in
That once curled out.

Auntee stumbled forward
My body cushioned hers.

Her sobs stabbed my heart
As we fell indoors.

World of relationships includes the many connections existing between people. The path of choice decides how much happiness and other emotions enters relationships. It's a good choice to write about problems, situations, relationships, to understand them better. It's excellent therapy.

Dating

Texting Everyone

Dating comes with joys, ups and eruptions. Life continues along a path no matter who you date. It depends on the people involved in a relationship as to how much joys, ups and erupting stirs-into the relationship. How in the World of Relationships do I know, you wondered. I've been around long enough, talked with many friends/relatives, to know about dating. Of course, there's nothing wrong with not dating. It's just a matter of choice.

Dating brings joys when you're in a relationship with a person that is looking for the same kind of joys as you're seeking. There can't be much joy when one of the people in a relationship attracts drama, negativity. Why? A new problem or drama filled scene awaits as he/she is texting everyone about this rumor, that lie or the other fabrication. The other relationship partner is in the dark until there's an eruption. The eruption may come from someone angry at one or both people in the relationship, a person who just likes drama or an individual with an agenda.

A way to avoid an eruption is know what you want from the dating process. It's done by taking the time to be single, get to know what you like. You have to be secure in what you like, want, before enjoying as many ups as possible. Avoid hopping into any arm that's extended to you. Pick the right arm from the many extended arms. Learn to say "no." Or, expect fewer joys if you fail to learn the word "no." Eruptions will happen most of the time when you can't say "no."

Dating should be an activity that's not entered into easily. Ask yourself questions. Is he/she what I need to better my life. No one should come into your life with unnecessary drama or bad intentions. Bad intentions could be for you or others. Bad intentions equals eruptions, and it's rare that a anything good comes from them. The questioning process continues. Why should I have a relationship with ___________? What are his/her good qualities? Bad qualities? It's better when the good qualities out-weighs the bad qualities. Am I comfortable or could be comfortable with his/her bad habits? Job? Baggage? Will he/she help me get to the places that I want to go? Will I be a positive influence in his/her life? Add the questions that pertain to your life.

Dating, like other serious life processes, must be taken with caution or prepare for many eruptions with few joys. It's possible to know what you want, select carefully and end living with more eruptions. The first step in a situation like that is recognizing it. Ease yourself out of it. A mistake was made. Move on. Cry on your pillow, if necessary. Learn from the mistakes. Don't just move on. Upgrade to a better relationship and life. Simply, keep reaching for life's positive ventures.

I Can't Find the Right Partner

I can't find the right partner is echoed by people here, there and everywhere. Some people are just out of a relationship, and others jump from partner to partner in hopes of attracting the right person. Unfortunately, there will always be people trying to cling to you while blocking connections with the right partners. You must muster the courage to say, "no" thank you.

Stop. Decide on what you want in a partner and relationship. It's impossible to have a healthy relationship when you don't know what you want. A person can shove any line of what isn't good for you in your face, and you'll except it when you're unclear. Find out what you want. How? Ask questions. What kind of partner do I want? A person in a certain financial position? Baker? Chief? Candlestick Maker? Define what will fill your needs.

I can't find the right partner by hopping around social media, clubbing or being introduced to someone a friend/relative may feel is right. It goes back to knowing what you want. Respond to anyone and everyone who shows an interest will get you tons of disrespect and despair. Remember, if you don't have any respect for you, no one else will either. You know what's best or who's suited for your life-style. Don't be afraid to use the word "no." Needless to say, be careful to whom you partner with.

Trouble comes in the form of turning a relationship break-up on yourself. You blame yourself when the relationship involved two people. You could of done things differently, better and with more enthusiasm. The looking back is a waste of time and energy. Move forward. Forward can mean taking time to discover your likes, dislikes and wants. Start the exercise routine after clearing it with the doctor. Take the college course that you have been wanting to.

I can't find the right partner will no longer upset you when goals are set for a better quality of life. "Talking" it out is an excellent choice according to Cosmopolitan. Chat with a trusted friend. Or, turn to writing therapy. Often, people just can't bring themselves to share the partnership experience. Writing therapy is done when you're ready, comfortable and there's no one to look over your shoulder. Write down all your feelings. What happened? Why? Why did you pick him/her? Re-adjust partner selection. Writing therapy will help you understand the situation better. Also, writing therapy can assist you in making the best possible partner choices in the future.

The Transportation Security Administration's Alert

The Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) alert is taking security up a level due to  alarming reports of possible new bomb designs that terrorists can slip into smartphones and laptops. A rule for the TSA to everyone traveling is each electronic device will get screened by security officers, TSA stated.

The Transportation Security Administration's alert means people coming to the U. S. from places overseas have to turn on their cellphones as well as laptops before stepping on the airplane per officials. The TSA will stop people with cell phones from specific airports in the Middle East, Africa and Europe to see if the cell phones and laptops are able to come on or power up.

Travelers should make peace with slower lines while going through security screening. Apple iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices are to be looked at closely according to reports by Reuters. Owners will have to find another method of transportation if a cell phone or laptop does not power up.

Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson ordered the TSA to take security to the next level, last week. "I have directed...enhanced security measures," Johnson. TSA will work with foreign governments in regard to the bomb making threat.

Foreign countries do not have the same procedures in place as the U. S. when it comes to traveling via airplanes. Travelers in foreign countries are not screened by TSA. Authorities are trying to curtail the new bomb design from reaching rebel fighters that are in Syria who tend to originate from the West with the necessary paperwork to get on an airplane.

The transportation Security Administration's alert is shared with "foreign allies" plus the "recent and relevant" facts are sent to them. The TSA is aiming for as "few disruptions" as necessary. The new rules does not change what can be taken aboard flights.

A Possible Hoax on KFC

A possible hoax on KFC started with a 3-year-old, Victoria Wilcher, that had been attacked by her family's pit bulls and was reportedly asked to depart a store in Jackson, Mississippi because her scarred face upset customers.

The idea of a child being kicked out of KFC went viral. A GoFundMe page was put in place for Wilcher and it collected over $100,000, but the page was taken down after evidence points to a possible hoax on KFC.

Teri Rials Bates, Wilcher's aunt, runs the Facebook page, Victoria's Victories, that had over $190,360 likes which is no longer available or can not be pulled up. The page gave reports of Wilcher's healing process as well as a description of her injuries.

The grandmother's, Kelly Mullins, account to a TV station of how she and Wilcher were told to beat it by KFC and the facts are not matching. The KFC in question has not had its doors open for many years, but Teri Rials Bates explained that it happened at some other store location. It is dubbed "Kentucky Fried Hoax," Mississippi Laurel Leader-Call.

The security camera from KFC close to the hospital she visits has no one looking like Wilcher, or the KFC that was first reported by the grandmother, May 15 per Leader-Call. The grandmother explained that she ordered mashed potatoes and sweet tea, but no evidence from orders taken that day confirms it.

KFC is not in the habit of pushing people out of the door, and "respects" all people. KFC decided to help with $30,000 toward Wilcher's medical bills. The family's fund rising efforts online began April 28 through GoFundMe that had a total over $578 until the KFC incident went viral. Many people are weighing in on the situation, from social media to Internationally. Comments are from wait for the facts to hoax. The family has not made a decision to accept KFC's $30,000 according to reports.

Controversy Surrounds Bowe Bergdahl

Controversy surrounds Bowe Bergdahl, 28, on the point of whether or not he is a hero or deserter. Bergdahl was recovered by U. S. Special Forces without any problems in Afghanistan after five years of captivity by the militants, according to reports.

It is unclear how Bergdahl stumbled on the militant group, or the reason his post became empty. "We really don't know why he left the base and under what circumstances," Rear Admiral John Kirby. The Army never considered Bergdahl a deserter, and he is to receive a promotion within the next month.

Controversy started from the search for Bergdahl, as why he left his post to where he was captured. It does not stop there, according to sources, Bergdahl was not happy with the Army, it's goals or the United States, but it has not been confirmed.

Controversy surrounds Bowe Bergdahl and a tweet by Bergdahl's father that has been removed stirred up more conflict via Twitchy.

The above tweet was sent about three days before Bergdahl's release but was deleted. Bergdahl's father turned to learning about Islamic politics, Bob Henley -- Bergdshl's former pastor. Bergdahl's father spent time learning about the country, people and culture.

Controversy surrounds Bowe Bergdahl when it comes to his fellow soldiers, and they are not calling him a hero. The soldiers who served with Bergdahl find fault with him, accusing him of being "selfish." It was a war when "Bowe Bergdahl deserted," Matt Vierkant, former Sergeant in Bergdahl's platoon. Soldiers were killed "searching for him." Bergdahl's former platoon leader, Evan Buetow, sides with those calling him a deserter and is leading the line of callers for a military trial.

Controversy is being splashed on President Obama for exchanging five Taliban prisoners for Bergdahl, Guantanamo Bay terrorists. President Obama acknowledged the "possibility" that the five may go back to "activities that are detrimental." The newly released five are the "hardest and toughest," Senator John McCain. Bergdahl's health was the factor than sparked the move to make an exchange.

Bergdahl's supporters are cheering President Obama's actions, especially in Hailey, Idaho where he lives. Bergdahl will have to learn to speak English again, because of the problems he is having with it.

Controversy surrounds Bowe Bergdahl, but after his side of the story is told could clear away questions, doubts and suspicions. Bergdahl is going through a "reintegration process," Defense Officials. President Obama is not requesting forgiveness and offers "no apology" for the decision.

Evan Spiegel CEO of Snapchat Spicy Emails

Evan Spiegel CEO of Snapchat spicy emails floated to the public front last week as one email pokes fun at the reasons for laser tag games, "shoot lasers at fat girls," according to Gawker's blog. The emails were sent during Spiegel's time at Stanford University to other fraternity brothers. Spiegel, 23, made notes to himself in which a reminder was jotted down that read, "don't pee on Lily again."

Spiegel's, Snapchat application (app) became known for its disappearing messages within seconds after they have been read, issued apology was dropped on the heels of emails that degraded females. Spiegel was disturbed or "mortified" by emails he wrote and shared while in college.

The spicy emails from 2009 supported a certain behavior toward women, and was sent to other fraternity members like getting as much sex from from women as possible. Spiegel's goal was to "get laid," and he had a go to list for illegal drugs. Spiegel did not make it to graduation, because he stopped attending a few classes short of receiving a degree.

Evan Spiegel CEO of Snapchat spicy emails does not represent how he feels today, "They in no way reflect who I am today." Spiegel is not in jeopardy of losing his job, because "he was a kid" and kids make mistakes per reports.

Conflict came as a claim in which Snapchat was not truthful about disappearing messages, but was settled with the U. S. Federal Trade Commission. Frank Reginald Brown is of the opinion that the app idea was his, to message, send photos and disappearing messages. Snapchat has a restraining order against Brown. Snapchat raised millions of dollars during the past year.

Spiegel's emails shines a light on the treatment of females by males in schools, colleges and universities. The increase of violent attacks on females ignited concern and discussion about it. A recent attack by Elliot Rodger, 22-year-old, in CA killed two females, others too, injured even more and took his own life. Rodger's reasons were that females did not give him what he thought they should have. It is just one of many assaults on females at schools, colleges, universities.

Evan Spiegel CEO of Snapchat spicy emails opened the door to reports of how immature he is to how Spiegel keeps upstaging the product. Stanford University's issued letter on Spiegel's emails found them "offensive," reports. A month passed after the party when Spiegel thanked fraternity brothers for having a successful party.

Mark Cuban Throws the Stone and Owns It

Mark Cuban throws the stone and owns it by saying, "If I see a black kid in a hoodie...I'm walking to the other side..." The Dallas Mavericks owner in a meeting spoke about racism, and Donald Sterling's racist recording but Cuban's words ignited sharp reactions. Cuban did not stop there, "And if on that side of the street, there's a guy that has tattoos...white guy, bald head...I'm walking to the other side," per reports.

Cuban's stone throwing is at people, not just certain segments of the population. People are not perfect, have likes and dislikes "in one way or the other."

Cuban sent an apology to the Trayvon Martin clan, "in hindsight" different examples could have been used. Trayvon Martin was a teen in Florida whose life was taken (2012) by George Zimmerman serving as part of a neighborhood watch group. "I apologize to them" (Trayvon Martin's family) but "standby the words."

Mark Cuban throws the stone and owns it with Kenyon Martin. Cuban and Martin (Denver Nuggets forward) have different opinions on Cuban's words that was directed at Martin after a playoff of Game 3 with Dallas. Cuban apologized not only to Martin but to his mother as well per Cuban's blog.

The offending words came into play when Cuban disagreed with the official call, resulting in a win for the Nuggets, according to ESPN. Cuban pounded his feet on the court in response to the call, moved away from officials to somewhere near the stands. Some fan used the T word (thugs) in reference to the Nuggets Cuban said. Cuban was able to see Martin's mother from where he was, turned to her, "that includes your son."

Martin has one more version. Martin's take on it is Cuban's words were on the order of son and punk being used. Martin expected Cuban to have given him an apology privately, as well as "in person to his mother and himself." Martin is of the opinion that center of attention should be on coaches, players and the game.

Cuban throws the stone and owns it when he makes comments about, at, games or people. Is he exercising the right of free speech? Still, Cuban has not made it clear if he would vote with Adam Silver (NBA Commissioner) in a ban for life of Donald Sterling and his wife, Shelly.

No Apology for President Barack Obama

No apology for President Barack Obama from Robert Copeland, 82, whose the Wolfeboro, New Hampshire Police Commissioner that called President Obama the N-word. Copeland owns his words in an email to other Police Commissioners, "I believe I did use the 'N' word in reference to the current occupant of the Whitehouse."

A new resident, Jane O'Toole of 4 fours, heard a loud speaking Copeland make the racial slur about President Obama at a restaurant during March. O'Toole brought the incident to Town Manager David Owen in writing. Owen on Thursday shares insight, and mentions that Copeland's words were "reprehensible." Elected officials can not be removed, and he does not have the authority to dismiss an elected official. Owen suggests the issue would be addressed more at the Police Commission meeting.

Wolfeboro is a town of 6,300 people, and a total of 20 Black people reside in the town. The Wolfeboro Public Library filled with 100 plus people to address Copeland's racial slur about President Obama. People expressed sentiments of Copeland should resign. The Public Library Technician had not seen such ignited passion for an issue in many years. Joyce Davis could not recall in 40 years any issue that stirred up such emotion.

O'Toole were among people at the meeting, remarks from a public official like Copeland made are "inexcusable." She pointed out how it "reflects poorly on our town." Wolfeboro presents itself as a helpful and scenic place for people "who might wish to visit us for a few days, weeks or months," via Wolfeboro New Hampshire Touristism website. Wolfeboro is a place to retire, "for people from all over the U. S.," but some people are calling for a boycott per reports.

No apology for President Barack Obama from Copeland for his use of the negative epithet is not coming. Copeland maintains that President Obama " meets and exceeds my criteria."

Owen and Wolfeboro Board of Selectmen disagreed with the "language" Copeland used and they are "appalled." The statement from Friday explains that Wolfeboro is a welcoming place. People in Wolfeboro as well as other people outside of the town want Copeland to resign.

No apology for President Barack Obama from Copeland, because Copeland refuses to give one. Some people like Frank Bader are not concerned by Copeland's words, and made fun of people who have a problem with Copeland's racist slur. Bader gave clues to how some feel by saying, Copeland just told of the "displeasure" he has "with the man who's in office."

V. Stiviano

V. Stiviano is Donald Sterling's (owner of the Los Angeles Clippers) "former assistant" who was verbally attacked by him on a leaked recording for an Instagram photo of Magic Johnson, Rachel Rodriquez (Stiviano's friend) and Stiviano, via TMZ.

Sterling objects to Stiviano, who is Mexican and Black, exposing herself in photos with Black people on Instagram, especially Magic Johnson. The photo with Stiviano and Johnson upset Sterling, but Sterling insists now, "I'm not a racist."

Sterling could not understand why Stiviano "want to broadcast" any relationship with Black people. Sterling and Johnson have known of each other for more than 20 years, but how close the two are is not clear.

Stiviano was heard on the recording explaining that it was a "picture with someone she admirers." Sterling admits to being knowledgeable of Johnson. "He should be admired...," but Sterling feels "it's too bad you can't admire him privately." Sterling has a specific request for Stiviano, " but don't put him on an Instagram for the world to see..." The recording goes on to state, "And don't bring him to my games..."

The recording was talked about around the water cooler to people on social media sharing their opinions. Some people were not shocked like Shaun Livingston, played for the Clippers three seasons, who was not "surprised." Livingston went on to say, it "tells the same story as what's been told" on record, per reports.

V. Stiviano is being looked at for extortion by law enforcement, but she and the law have had previous encounters. Stiviano, in 2002, was sacked with a petty theft arrest in Los Angeles, but received probation, per court documents. Stiviano, in Santa Monica, 2004, found herself arrested on a  charge of felony burglary and petty theft. Los Angeles police, again in 2010, arrested Stiviano for possession of a controlled substance. One more time in 2012, Stiviano drove while under the influence (DUI).

Shelly Sterling, Donald Sterling's estranged wife as well as part owner of Los Angeles Clippers spoke to Barbara Walters about the situation. Sterling's wife have been trying to depart from him for many years.

"For the last 20 years, I've been seeing attorneys for a divorce," Sterling's wife. She was given the advice, "Not now," by a financial advisor. Sterling's wife made it clear that she "will fight" to hold onto her half of the Clippers ownership. She is suing Stiviano.

Donald Sterling weighs in on his position about the leaked recording to an Anderson Cooper interview, Monday. Sterling pointed the finger at Magic Johnson for the just now presenting his side. "Don't do anything. I know the girl," Sterling said was Johnson's instructions. "I'm waiting and waiting. I think he wanted me just to do nothing, so he could buy the team."

Sterling had a message for the people who were hurt by his remarks on the leaked recording. The reason he allowed the interview with Anderson Cooper was to "ask for forgiveness for all the people" that have been hurt.

Magic Johnson, in an Anderson Cooper interview too, stated that he did not know Stiviano. Stiviano took a picture with him like "millions" of people. Sterling wanted Johnson to accompany him on the Barbara Walters show, but Johnson refused. Johnson did not understand why he was stirred into the conflict between Stiviano Sterling, but said he would pray for Sterling.

V. Stiviano has been known to go by the names of: Maria Monica Perez Gallegos, Vanessa Maria Perez, Maria Valdez, Monica Gallegos and Maria Vanessa Perez. The weeks to come can only show who V. Stiviano is, and what her name is too, maybe. Rapper Maseratimet betrayed Sterling by leaking recordings, according to reports.

Frank Taaffe's Buzz on Former Bf George Zimmerman

Frank Taaffe's buzz on former best friend (bf) George Zimmerman is that Zimmerman profiled Trayvon Martin on that rainy night, and Zimmerman should have been found guilty of Martin's murder. Taaffe is a former neighbor, bf and one of the most ardent supporters of Zimmerman. Zimmerman's stance about the shooting of 17-year-old (at the time) Martin was self defense, by which a Florida jury acquitted him.

Taaffe, too, was a part of the neighborhood volunteer watch group, but has a different view of things, now. Taaffe points out how Zimmerman stalked, hunted and shot Martin. "He racially profiled Trayvon Martin that night," Taaffe. A white teen would not have met such resistance from Zimmerman. "A white kid on a cell phone, walking through our neighborhood, he wouldn't have stayed on him," Taaffe continued.

In 2013, Taaffe challenged Nancy Grace (HLN tv) on the point of Zimmerman not being the person who     made the fatal error. Taaffe hops on Zimmerman's police statement that it was not Zimmerman's fault.

The question to Taaffe was on the order of, explain how Zimmerman became the victim, Nancy Grace. "He is jumped by Trayvon," Taaffe.

Taaffe shared his feelings about how nice Zimmerman was when given the opportunity. "George is a congenial, admirable person," Taaffe to news outlet.

The year 2014 rolls around, "What I know of George Zimmerman and his tendencies and also my opinion is that he racially profiled" Martin, per Taaffe. Taaffe is aiming to set the record right, reportedly.

Frank Taaffe's buzz on former bf George Zimmerman is he has a need to clear the conscience with no book offer or special deal about to happen. Taaffe sent an apology to the Martin family: "I'm sorry..." Some are skeptical of Taaffe's motives, according to reports.

Snapchat Buzz On

Snapchat is  an application (app) to exchange videos, text, photos and drawings. The app is free to download on Android and iOS smart devices. Teens  and young adult, specifically those users 13 through 23 years old, know all about Snapchat’s buzz, according to data. Snapchat is more popular in the U.S. There’s the 40 plus getting interested in Snapchat, according to reports. Snapchat’s buzz is on.
Snapchat allows users to pick the number of friends to send messages to by text as well as how long he or she sees it. The images does a fading away process but a friend can take a screen-shot. A screen-shot is when a user records what’s on the monitor using a computer’s software. Snapchat brings it to your attention if a screen-shot is taken of your image.
Still, disappearing images have some online privacy protection groups and parents concerned. The disappearing images can take the form of sexting, cyber bullying, offensive behavior, posting photos that reveal too much. Some feel it promotes negative behavior because there’s no path to prove an offensive act occurred.  There’s an increase in sexting. Sexting is sharing images with some nudity, texts with terms involving adult themes to X rated ones. Snapchat’s developers maintain that it’s not embracing sexting  and any type of pornographic material need not come their way.
There’s been some controversy about whether or not Snapchat’s messages really vanish, to never be seen again. Snapchat has been accused of not being honest with customers who trust that their photos are being destroyed in a matter of seconds within viewing but not according to the Electronic Privacy Information Center. The Electronic Privacy Information Center filed, with the Federal Trade Commission, against Snapchat. Still, allegations and suits filed has not stopped Snapchat’s buzz.
Snapchat’s paper-work indicates its servers holds onto the last 200 messages or snaps sent and received by a user, but no content is kept. If it’s looked at by the user, the messages hang around for 30 days. The complaint was filed the 9th of May 2013. The disappearing images feature makes Snapchat stand out from the rest.
Let’s look closer at the buzz on Snapchat in regard to how it works. First you select the friends you’re going to communicate with and then find the large circular button sitting on your screen which is your camera. Tap it to take an image and then add text or what’s needed. Snapchat records a video by holding the button down while recording. Images and videos can be saved by the user.
The buzz on Snapchat is that it’s going to a new level. It can be considered an upgrade to other apps. Snapchat is going to allow users to chat through its messaging services. Yes, in real-time. It’s scheduled to happen soon. Messaging apps are the buzz, climbing in popularity. People are wanting to, not just to chat, but share photos of a shooter or another kind of video injustice. Life demands more and Snapchat is jumping in to provide just that. Also, there’s a need for people to talk in real-time for so many reasons.
The buzz on Snapchat is it’s aiming at meeting a need by providing the means to instant messaging, especially when so many teens have availed themselves to Snapchat.

'Those women in the basement in Cleveland had more space'

The words rolled from the lips of Joan Rivers as she appeared on the Today's show with her daughter. Rivers talked about her reality show, and compared her daughter's guest bedroom to the space Berry, DeJesus and Knight were forced to live in.

Rivers referred to Amanda Berry, 27, Gina DeJesus, 23, and Michelle Knight, 32, who for over a decade were tortured and held captive.

Ariel Castro, Berry, DeJesus, Knight's kidnapper, pleaded guilty to charges of kidnapping, torture, rape.

"They got to live rent free for more than a decade," Rivers.

"I'm a comedienne. I know what those girls went through. It was a little, stupid joke. There is nothing to apologize for," Rivers.

"Our clients have become aware of Joan Rivers' unfortunate comparison of living in her daughter's guest room to their captivity," Attorneys for DeJesus and Berry.

The remark is "a new low" that warrants an apology, Attorneys continued.

'We Are Not Dead Yet'

"No phone connection so there is no Internet connection. So just sending text message. There are few people on the ship, can't see a thing, it's totally dark. So there are few men and women, women are screaming."

The above text was sent by one of the two-hundred-eighty-seven people, mostly high school students, taking a field trip that was trapped inside a South Korean ferry.

An attempt to pump air, oxygen, into the ferry failed.

Family and friends are frustrated, in a state of disbelief.

Many questions are being asked by authorities like: Was the ferry off-course? Did it hit something? What?

Heartbleed Bug Help

The Heartbleed Bug affects businesses, groups, you and me. The Internet Bug exposes credit card information, passwords and gives cyber-criminals access to stealing your life.

Heartbleed is an error, vulnerability, in the OpenSSL that most web sites use to keep user data safe. In other words, the encryption technology has been compromised.

It's suggested by Experts to change passwords of any web site you frequent that has "sensitive" information.

Consider the following before picking a password.

1. A password should never be easily guessed by a friend or relative.

2. Think of a place to secure passwords from roaming eyes.

4. Make passwords nine letters, numbers or symbols long, at least.

5. The word smilingme can be made into a safer password.

6. Stir-in capital as well as lower cased letters: S m I l N G m E.

7. Sprinkle in a number: S m I l N G m E 4.

8. Throw in a symbol: S m I l N G @ m E 4.

The new password is S m I l N G @ m E 4.

Continue to create passwords like the one above for web sites you visit.
