Forrest Timothy Hayes longstanding prostitution relationship with Alix Catherine Tichelman, 26, ended in November of 2013, and Tichelman is being looked at for the Google exective's death that occurred on his yacht in Santa Cruz, CA, per authorities.

Police commented in a statement that Tichelman is a prostitute who introduced a fatal dose of heroin into Hayes, 51 and father of 5. Tichelman did not try to help Hayes after he lost consciousness as caught by the security camera's footage obtained by the Police Department.

Tichelman moves around after Hayes goes down. Tichelman "steps over the body" more than once to drink from a "glass of wine," Police Department. Tichelman collects her belongings and is ready to depart from the yacht, "she reaches back" in an effort to pull a blind down. She did not call for help or dial 911.

Tichelman has a connection to the death of Dean Riopelle who was injected with heroin. Riopelle was Tichelman's boyfriend, reportedly, who overdosed on heroin as she took a shower. The coroner ruled Riopelle's manner of death as accidental, but his death is being looked into a second time in light of Tichelman's role in Hayes' demise.

SeekingArrangement is not promoting illegal activity. The website prohibits any activity pertaining to prostitution, spokeswoman Angela Bermudo. Hayes and Tichelman were in an adult relationship, and the relationship was "ongoing."
