A Post or Project Begins With One Word

A post or project begins with one word, just one word or action. It has the capacity to propel you in a  new direction. Possibly, the direction your life needs. Life has a way of piling on distractions. Push-away the unnecessary. Focus on what's best for you, your circumstances.

1. Sit down.
2. Make a list.
3. Determine what's important for your survival.

This is your life. Schedule time with yourself. Think of ways to improve your life. Perhaps, you want to upgrade to a better job, financial circumstances or a new car. I know from experience that what hasn't worked shouldn't be tried again.

1. Write the post using any word.
2. Simply, start.
3. Clarity arrives as you write.

You'll see where passion has been hiding. Go in the direction of what's exciting your creativity. Explore. Turn it upside down to discover more. Look at all options the new idea offers. Perhaps, a project is calling your name. Allow inspiration to lead the way.

1. A novel awaits.
2. The how-to project has more interest?
3. Or, move to a different genre.

You're a blogger, for example, but want a new challenge. Select one word from a post. The word will be a spring-board for an e-book project. Your word may inspire a book of poetry. There are many options.

1. Team-up with someone on a project.
2. Write a news article.
3. Bloggers, how many of your posts are projects?

The point is to keep moving to the next project. Especially, if life has clouded your vision with issues. Look for a solution. Still, curve-out time for "the project." In the middle, new ideas will come to mind. Jot them down for later.

1. "The project" could be the solution you needed.
2. It may lead to financial help.
3. Or, place you in the company of motivators.

A post or project begins with one word that could help you as well as others. The path may become a stepping stone to better or more projects. Sigh, moan or poo-poo circumstances, but not too long. You have to keep moving. Find your inspiration. Where?

1. A trending news story.
2. Your favorite quote.
3. Grab it off an ancient wall, winding hall or by standing tall.

Life Hints at the Wrong Direction

Life hints at the wrong direction, but you have to peel away a moment to listen. It, too, signals when you're moving in the right direction. A direction requires that you clear away the noise and/or fog to see.

1. Stop being the puppet.
2. Take control of your actions.
3. Be grateful for what you have.

It may take time to discover you, and what the word preferences mean in your life. It's hard to know what you need or want when mashed up in a friend's goals, for example. Slice away time for yourself. Write down your likes and dislikes.

1. I'd like to take Courses A and B.
2. Start a business.
3. Write a book?

Life hints at the wrong direction as you're faced with the same air as six months ago. You're in the same position, haven't moved. Perhaps, what you want isn't right for you. Try working with a smaller goal or different goal.

1. Be honest with yourself.
2. Find your exact fit.
3. Stop over-stressing.

This is the time to uncover where you want to be in six months or two years. Be specific. How are you going to get there? How long will it take? Jot it down. How will it help your life, make it better or help others? Are you qualified for the job? How will you help the organization? Why work there?

1. You must have the necessary qualifications.
2. It's not coming together as you planned?
3. Life is hinting at you to change direction.

Honesty plays a role in life's ventures. Honesty builds character and a more disciplined you. Granted, it takes courage to proclaim your truth. Sometimes, the truth is a dose to be handled with care. The truth is important for you and life. Successful people want others around that motivate and inspire.

1. A lack of honesty boils up chaos.
2. Those who bring chaos are shunned.
3. Work on positive traits.

Life hints at the wrong direction the second you're among people with negative habits. They poo-poo respect, honesty, positivity. They enjoy hacking, stealing, stirring up false claims. It's paramount to find people engaging in a quality filled life.

1. Look at your friends.
2. They reflect you or are mistake.
3. Slowly, ease toward better circumstances.

Life hints and dances as you're moving in the right direction. How? You feel it. There's less stress, more happiness and increased energy. New possibilities float your way. Positive doing people seek you out. The next level arrives.

1. The weight of stress stops zapping energy.
2. The clarity exposes more happiness.
3. A showering of energy blossoms.

6 Ways to Erase Stress

Successful people are tapped on the shoulder by stress as demanding circumstances arise. There is no way to avoid stress, but successful people erase stress while moving forward. It isn't always easy to  handle. Still, you can using the following suggestions.

1. Erase stress by looking at ways to handle emotional or intense circumstances.
- - Is there a way to work it out or work within the situation to resolve it?
- - Yes? Select the best choice for you and your life-style.
- - No? Get help with it, advice from a trusted person or leave the circumstances.

2. Make better choices to erase stress. I've learned to weigh options before deciding on a choice. Carefully think before jumping into a choice someone is pushing too hard on you.
- - Question a person who wants to rush you into an action.
- - Next, think about your life-style.
- - Will making a specific choice better your life?

3. Start working on a new project or goal when intense circumstances have engulfed you.
- - Time away from the situation gives you a fresh perspective.
- - You're able to see obtainable options.
- - Ways to erase stress comes into focus.

4. Be mindful of the company you keep.
- - Some people will not have your best interests in mind.
- - Erase stress by moving away from people stirring the drama pot.
- - People promoting positivity (the three Ps) are good choices.

5. Remind yourself of where you will be or doing in three months.
- - Will you start a business?
- - A new job?
- - Network with motivating people?

6. Learn from your mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes. Be determined to side-step previous errors.
- - What or who sprinkled you into uncomfortable circumstances should lead you away from it, he or she.
- - Slowly, find other out-lets for positive activities.
- - Make notes to yourself.
- - Stick them in places where your eyes roam.

Erase stress from your life by adjusting your behavior. It's a matter of choice and determination to improve the most intense circumstances.

Brian Williams' Mistake

Brian Williams' mistake of how a rocket propelled grenade (RPG) brought down the helicopter he was in opened up a wider audience to him. Williams has been sharing the incident since 2003. The NBC News anchor fessed up Wednesday that a few facts escaped his memory. The helicopter he had been reporting from was not brought down by a rocket propelled grenade.

Williams fell into debate from viewers, social media and households about the tale he has told for a dozen years. Williams' excused his mistake by not remembering a war time memory. His memory recalled "a mistake in recalling the events of 12 years ago."

Brian Williams' mistake shines a light on possible memory failure in other reporting. The controversy continues around Williams and Iraq, 2003, even after he sent apologies out from his broadcast chair.

Some viewers, critics and news enthusiasts have doubts about Williams' memory. People have expressed their opinions and poked fun on social media. Williams has been stirred into late night comedy.

Williams appeared on the "Late Show with David Letterman," to share the story in 2013. Williams recounts being hit. "Two of the four helicopters were hit" with ground fire. The helicopter Williams arrived in was hit with a "rocket propelled grenade and AK-47."

The courage Williams showed had Letterman saying, "I have to treat you now with a renewed respect." An ex-soldier offered a different account of the incident. He found something wrong with the facts and told it to The Post. He pointed out that Williams statements were false.

"He wasn't shot at," the ex-soldier, Chris Simeone. Simeone was the pilot of the CH-47 helicpter Williams was on. The crew that transported Williams and his team deny that there was incoming fire, according to news reports.

Brian Williams mistake broke a fabric of trust? Should he be given the boot like critics suggest? Williams decided to "temporarily" move away from the "NBC Nightly News." There are rumors of Tom Brokaw wanting Williams fired.

Make the Choice

Make the choice begins with your decision to get "that job," de-clutter your life or find a hobby. The choice that fits your life leads to a happier you. It's just a matter of peeling away the fog of people, places or things that are wedged between you and moving forward. Often, it isn't easy to see beyond them, but you can do it.

Sit down. Take a relaxing breath. Prepare to scribble down notes. Decide what you want, and zero in on the obstacles preventing your success. A quality life demands small changes for happiness and success.

Answer the following questions. What do I want? Job A or Job B? What's required to get the job? College courses? Applying for it? Sprinkle together what you need and then plan on when you'll get the job. Put aside time each day to work toward getting the job. Be honest with yourself. Is this the right job for me? Am I wasting my time? See yourself in the job. How is it? Get into the routine of seeing yourself in that job position. It gives you more incentive.

Life can become cluttered. Again, sit down. Jot down notes about your circumstances. Sometimes, an involvement with too many activities brings clutter and stress. Which activity has stopped being relaxing? The one(s) that isn't productive? Can your time be spent better, less stressful? Is there one or two wasting money? How about people who spread negative messages? The negativity from someone is pulling you on a downward spiral.

Make the choice by stepping away from a stress-filled activity or person. A cluttering activity no longer feels right? Break free. Money wasting activities becomes a habit. The habit can be replaced. Take your time. Find an activity suitable. Perhaps, you may not want to replace the activity, but just have free time. It depends on your life-style.

Remember, habits are a routine, learned. It may take effort, but a habit can be changed. How do you change a habit? Simply, make the choice to do differently, better, move forward. Write notes to yourself about it. Place a reminder on the calendar. Paste notes to yourself on a desk, mirror or door for more incentive. Practice the new choice. It becomes easier each day.

A clear view to the hobby fitting your life-style tap dances over. You greet each other with open-arms, because people, places or things cluttering up your life has been removed. A better quality of life is enjoyed due to your choice.

Laugh

Laugh! It's soothing for the mind, body and will cost you zero dollars. A laugh strengthens an immune system that has been multi-tasking and bathing in a high stress day by pushing away stress while igniting energy levels.

Research attests to the fact of how your immune system is stronger after a good laugh. This means your natural cells along with anti-bodies will attack infections after a laugh. Cells pin-point viral infections, some cancers plus tumors to stop their negative behavior. The IGA (immunoglobulin A) anti-body fights upper respiratory tract infections.

The body is guarded against stress with laughter. A joke relaxes a tense atmosphere, possible new connections are made as stress is blocked from touching you. Try a smile when you just can't muster a laugh.

Let's look at an example of what can bring about stress. The clock's alarm, for one reason or the other, malfunctioned. It didn't rang-out. The morning cup of coffee you looked forward to didn't happen. You remembered the coffee was out. The important meeting you were to be a part of has already started. You rushed out of the front door, slammed your shoulder on the door frame. Finally, you get to the meeting. Your sore shoulder has stiffened as the door squeaks open. Eyes stab at you.

At this point, stress is pinching your sore shoulder. Your thoughts race. Perhaps, you should've stayed at home. Only, the meeting had been scheduled weeks in advance. It was a must to attend. This is what's called "life happens." What should you do? Calm yourself. Take a deep breath. Get comfortable.

Flow into the rhythm of your meeting. It isn't the time to explore remedies for an aching shoulder with co-workers. Share later. Some will laugh, connecting you to them. It's a self-help habit to form. Poke fun at yourself. A reminder to not take yourself so seriously. Laugh at your incident, especially events out of your control.

A laugh keeps situations from hitting one-hundred on a stress score. It eases your mind and body back into balance. Control is yours. "Your sense of humor is one of the most powerful tools you have to make certain that your daily mood and emotional state support good health," Paul E. McGhee, Ph. D., pioneer in humor research.

Power laugh to melt away sadness and anger. A power laugh is felt to the stomach, or starts at the stomach. It leaves you feeling good. This is the natural release of your own body's chemicals. The feel good chemicals are called endorphins. They bring stress levels down, energy levels up and muscles relax. Endorphins is a happy-aid for the entire body. For a short time, endorphins have the ability to stop pain.

Laugh. It takes your mind off of anger, pain and stress. The focus on laughter inspires freedom and hope. It opens the door for a better quality of life. Goals are set. Goal setting moves a life forward. Remember, life challenges. Smile. Work through them. You'll feel better. You can. Try.

In conclusion, a laugh can bring the mind and body back into a normal balance. It's a self-help habit that's free of charge and good for you. Practice. Control remains in your hands. You become empowered too. Simply, believe in yourself.

Succeed in 2015

Succeed in 2015, but it requires that you look at your circumstances. Determine what you want, requirements for it and how you are going to clear-away clutter to make room. There may be more than one, two, three, directions of interest to you. Work on one goal at a time.

Select the goal calling loudest to you. The goal calling loudest takes its place somewhere in a crevice of your mind. At times, you see your goal happening. You know it is your destiny. Still, you fear the change or the possibility of never realizing it. Twist away the negative thoughts. Pick a goal and work on it.

Succeed in 2015 by curbing all negative thoughts. Start working harder on your goal. What do you need? Take a course(s) to become more familiar with your goal? Is there a nay-sayer whispering "you can't" in your ear? If yes, it is time to move away from the nay-sayer. You need more time? Go through your life. Dispose of all clutter. Clutter is people who, for one reason or another, fail to see your vision. Clutter, too, refers to an object taking space away from a useful item. An old computer, for example, sitting and collecting dust should be removed. The space becomes ready for a new goal or device. Do you need time for relaxing? Make it a goal.

It is important that the goal and you are a match. Sometimes, goals are set too high. Although, there are those who would disagree with that statement. A person working in the mail-room of a business, for instance, would be setting an unrealistic goal if he/she wants to be CEO of the company. Smaller goals must be accomplished before the employee goes from mail-order clerk to CEO.

Succeed in 2015 with a goal and plan that your life-style can support. Determination as well as hard work should dominate the plan. Each day work toward it. Beware of a goal that you have no time for, seems to fight you or you have to struggle to find space for. In that case, it is time to re-think your goal.  The focus is to succeed, not be beat-down by a goal. Remember, decide on the right goal for your life-style, find the tools to reach it and make sure you have room for it.
