Welcome 2015

Welcome, 2015, the new year and leave upsets or blues in 2014. Writing therapy is an option to peeling-off upsets and the 2014 blues. The "practice" of writing therapy helps you work through upsets and the blues. How to use the method is at: http://critiqueandwrite.blogspot.com/2014/11/writing-therapy.html

Writing therapy is the answer to push aside holiday sadness or left-over blues that crept up on you. The issue or problem that dragged in should be of no concern after utilizing writing therapy. Writing therapy walks you through the issue or problem. You pin-point specific behavior to analyze. The goal is to become an even better you in 2015.

Welcome 2015 with goals that are attainable. Take some time to decide on what you want most. It is where to focus your energies. Ask questions. What is required of me to reach the goal(s)? Be honest. Do you need to save money? Remove clutter from your living space or life? Take a college course? Re-fresher course? What else to accommodate your goal(s)? Often, a new goal means removing something in your life that is just taking up space and time. Set attainable goals.

"What are attainable goals?" You asked.

Attainable goals are desires that you can bring to life through effort. The goal has to be achievable. Frustration drags in when a goal is not attainable. It is important to have realistic goals based on your circumstances.

You are looking to purchase a home, for example, no matter the economy's state. There is a limit to the amount of money for the house. You have $50,000 for it. A house costing $200,000 is not an attainable goal. The point is to be realistic when setting goals. Be mindful of you and your circumstances.

Welcome 2015, because it is to be embraced with new hope. New ventures are waiting to be seen by you. Allow new inspiration to stir you to new heights and move forward with it. Writing therapy can aid you as needed.
